The Board of Directors proposes that each party interested submit in advance an envelope with their key and suite number, a contact phone number (in event there is an extinguisher problem, but Brad does not believe there would be as they are only two years old) and check made out to Koorsen for 20.00.  We need to arrange a date.  The last "group" inspection last year was May.  Therefore we will need them reinspected by the end of May this year (plenty of time for the "annual meeting").

 Cornerstone Business Condominium Owner Association Minimize

The Cornerstone Business Condominiums Center is located at 4485 - 4519 Woodbine Rd. in Pace, FL 32571, consisting of (16) units.  Built in 2006 by Bradford Builders, these commercial office buildings comprise the Mandatory Membership of the Association.  The Annual Assessment is due January 1 every year and paid in advance. 2008 Assessment is $1600.81 per lot.

Assessments provide for weekly trash service, exterior lighting, retention pond maintenance, lift station maintenance, landscaping and irrigation, parking lot maintenance, exterior maintenance, signage, master plan insurance of the structure and an Association Liability package, professional property management and other member services. 

The Annual Meeting is held May 1 every year and Board of Directors meetings are called as needed.

Leasing (see CCR pg 13, Sect 12.4) whereas any owner desiring to Lease a Unit in the Association shall be required to seek advanced approval from the Board of Directors upon submission of a written application.  The Board is required to decide the matter within (15) days.
